FREE MASSIVE PREVIEWS: SUMMER OF SOUL

“A musical documentary like no other - joyful, cataclysmic and soulfully seductive” - Variety

Be the first to see Summer of Soul on the big screen with MASSIVE.

In his acclaimed debut as a filmmaker, Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson's Summer of Soul is a powerful and transporting documentary—part music film, part historical record created around an epic event that celebrated Black history, culture and fashion. Over the course of six weeks in the summer of 1969, just one hundred miles south of Woodstock, The Harlem Cultural Festival was filmed in Mount Morris Park (now Marcus Garvey Park). The footage was never seen and largely forgotten–until now.

Watch Summer of Soul on the big screen at one of eight special MASSIVE preview screenings on Thursday 15th July. Screenings are happening in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool and Leeds and Glasgow. Tickets are free and entry will be on a first come first served basis.

This is not your normal trip to the cinema. This is MASSIVE
